Job Description:
Spartan Real Masters seeks a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in navigating the real estate market.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guide and support sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the best possible price and terms.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions.
- Negotiate effectively, providing market insights, prices, and legal requirements to ensure fair and honest dealings.
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends and prices.
- Coordinate property visits and follow-up calls to maintain client connections.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Be competitive, confident, and results-driven.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
