Job Opportunity

About the Position:

The Beauty Department leader is responsible for driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role demands strong technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Growth: Achieve beauty sales targets. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Customer Excellence: Maintain high service standards. Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns. Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.
  • Operations & Compliance: Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, hygiene, and equipment upkeep. Track product consumption and manage stock effectively. Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team. Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance. Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments for cross-functional growth and activations.

  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in beauty and aesthetics.
  • Degree/Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Therapy/BDS + Cosmo.
