Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.

About the Role:
  • Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the monthly closing process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accountants in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts preferred).
  • Minimum 1.3 – 7 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple timelines.
