Beauty Training Lead

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end training programs for beauty advisors, field sales, and retail partners. Developing and implementing comprehensive curricula is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures for product science, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising basics, and claims guardrails.
  • Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions, field coaching, roadshows, and monthly masterclasses.
  • Establish learning management systems, track training progress, publish calendars, and report on program impact using dashboards.
  • Conduct store audits and side-by-sides, address basic skills such as grooming, demo rituals, and replenishment cues.
  • Oversee training programs and vendor service level agreements.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in beauty or personal care retail training with a proven track record of leading pan-India training programs.
  • Strong understanding of makeup and skincare, with the ability to explain INCI and shade science in simple terms.
  • Bilingualism in Hindi and English, with confidence in facilitating and presenting on-camera.
  • Data-driven mindset, advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and launches, with high comfort in travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MT/EBO experience, cosmetology certification, and basic visual merchandising skills.
