We are a team seeking an experienced marketing professional to drive our brand forward.

Job Overview
  • This is a full-time, fast-paced role where every day is different. You'll touch every part of marketing: influencer outreach, PR drops, email campaigns, events, and growth tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies: research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Support launch campaigns: digital, offline, and partnerships.
  • Create and schedule email/WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team on PR activities: media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking.
  • Assist with brand collaborations (e.g., lifestyle clubs, cafés, gyms).
  • Analyze campaign performance and create reports.
  • Work directly with the founder on new campaign ideas.
About The Ideal Candidate
  • You have 0–2 years of experience in marketing (internships count).
  • You're exceptionally organized: you love lists, spreadsheets, and deadlines.
  • You're resourceful and creative: you figure things out quickly.
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats (some days influencers, some days events, some days reporting).
  • You're passionate about beauty and pop culture.
  • You thrive in a startup environment: fast-paced, scrappy, no two days the same.
