Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, from concept and planning through design, permitting, construction, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end development activities from feasibility to delivery.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project development plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with internal teams (finance, sales, legal) and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. They should be proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and development economics.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
