Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager

Position Overview:

The senior compliance manager will lead the implementation of all provisions of regulatory bodies, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Oversee compliance across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for regulatory reporting and compliances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address queries from investors and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure efficient controls are in place for reconciliations, risk management, and daily/periodical MIS review.
  • Build strategic partnerships with incubators, accelerators, Angel Networks, Micro VC etc, running outreach programs, Meeting, Evaluating, Coaching, Mentoring, and developing founders and supporting startups ecosystem.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values among employees.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related activities in securities market or financial products including portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management.
  • Knowledge of finance/accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
