Job Title: Senior Web Development Manager

We are on a mission to revolutionize the fashion industry's visual content creation.

Our team is building an AI-powered platform that turns flatlays and mannequins into stunning images and videos. We leverage commercial tools, proven solutions, and automation to deliver high-quality content instantly.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of engineers, defining technical standards, and making strategic tech stack decisions.

The position requires strong expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, and Playwright. Experience with Scrum teams, sprint discipline, and shipping complex products fast without sacrificing reliability is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead development across multiple applications, ensuring seamless integrations, top performance, and long-term maintainability.
  • Maintain and evolve our Shopify application, implementing SEO technical tasks to maximize visibility and growth.
  • Design, implement, and secure authentication flows, managing translations across our Web platform, Studio, and Shopify apps.
  • Oversee internal portals, develop customer-facing dashboards, and tools, integrating APIs from the IT team.
  • Optimize website performance, enforcing state management best practices for clarity, predictability, and maintainability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level hands-on coding.
  • Proven leadership in scaling engineering teams, preferably in SaaS/AI/consumer tech.
  • Strong expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, and Playwright.
  • Track record of shipping complex products fast without sacrificing reliability.
  • Experience managing Scrum teams and enforcing sprint discipline.
