Project Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Web Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our public website.

This role will act as a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications. You will shepherd projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities
  • Turn incoming project requests into detailed requirements and/or specifications
  • Review requirements with stakeholders to gain consensus before development starts
  • Manage scope, schedule, and quality of projects
  • Collaborate with teams on projects that require integration
  • Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with strong project management expertise
  • Ability to work US hours due to collaboration with US stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience
  • Strong organization and English communication skills
  • Self-starter with multitasking abilities
  • Data driven and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence and Jira preferred
