Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing the borrowing process for clients, selecting the right products from lending organizations, handling documentation, and providing professional advice on taxation and insurance to ensure successful loan disbursal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the finance field
- Strong knowledge of loan advisory services, financial management, and mortgage solutions
- Experience in managing loan portfolios and client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce Graduate Preferred, Business Administration or related field, MBA
- Previous experience in banking or financial services industry is a plus
