Business Insights Specialist

The role of a business insights specialist involves working closely with senior executives to provide data-driven recommendations and support in making informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing financial models, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, including key performance indicators, customer and vendor management, and cash flow analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial tools and software, including MS Office and Tally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Well-versed in MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
