Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.

Your primary responsibilities will include checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, organizing and maintaining all financial records, and preparing and reviewing financial reports. You will also be responsible for classifying, coding, and summarizing numerical and financial data to compile and maintain accurate financial records.

In addition, you will be required to prepare, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. You will also be responsible for completing period-end closing procedures and reports as specified by management.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines will be crucial in achieving our team's goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a financial operations role
  • Supervisory Experience: None required
  • License or Certification: None required
