Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle various office tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure seamless office operations.
  2. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calendar management for team members.
  3. Maintain and organize company files, documents, and records both electronically and physically.
  4. Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
  5. Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and invoice management.
  6. Coordinate office supplies and inventory, ensuring necessary materials are always available.
  7. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and maintain accurate employee records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  5. Basic understanding of office management procedures and systems is a plus.
