Job Title: Data Center Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and build long-term relationships with customers across the European region.
• Lead complex data center projects, focusing on network solutions.
• Resolve cross-functional issues involving networking, ACI, VXLAN, NMS, and automation.
• Test solutions in internal labs.
• Provide technical support during software and hardware upgrades.
• Participate in regular status meetings and ad-hoc interactions with customers.
• Manage deliverables and responsibilities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Support project managers in project tracking and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience in designing, deploying, and supporting networking and data center solutions.
• Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
• Knowledge of data center concepts, architectures, and latest trends.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus devices.
• Practical knowledge and experience with Cisco ACI.
