Job Title: Plastic Surgery Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plastic Surgery Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic surgery and excellent communication skills.

• Meeting with patients to discuss their needs and provide surgical options is an essential part of this role.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for performing consultations for patients with birth defects, injuries, burn wounds, or those seeking physical enhancements.
• This includes preparing patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures, including prescribing medication and providing aftercare advice.
• Following up with patients to monitor their healing progress and remove stitches or inspect incisions as needed.
• Handling administrative duties such as updating patient records and clinic policies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Plastic Surgery or related field.
• An MBBS degree is also required.
• A Master of Clinical Health (M.C.H.) degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in plastic surgery is highly desirable but not essential.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time position based in a hospital or medical setting.
• Working from an office location.
