Auto Loan Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Auto Loan Specialist.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers and their sales teams to source new customers for our auto loan products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide personalized financing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

The Auto Loan Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Collecting and verifying pre-disbursement documents from customers, including KYC and income proof.
  2. Coordinating with credit and operations teams for loan login, approval, and disbursement.
  3. Negotiating and resolving customer-related issues with the credit team.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products, including new and used vehicles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, loan origination systems, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently under target-driven conditions.
