Job Title: Packing Operations Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Packing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Oversee the packing operation to ensure that efficiency standards are maintained and subsequent planned production volumes are packed within set parameters.
  • Quality Control: Control the packing parameters to ensure that the yield ratio between packing materials issued and finished products are packed within budget.
  • Waste Management: Record all waste generated within the packing area and investigate whenever excessive waste is found.
  • Employee Training: Educate and train employees to ensure they are fully aware of all standards required within the packing area.
  • Communication: Communicate packing out-put, downtime or quality issues to the control room on an hourly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: ITI with at least 1 year experience in the food industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of food processing, packing area processes, efficiency and yield recovery, OEE, 5S, Kaizens, proper documentation and GMP regulations.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Good communication, coordination, analytical, decision-making skills.
