Senior Manager Role

Our company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification such as CA/CFA/PGDM.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies and large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
