
Business Development Strategist

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and expanding our presence in the CSP segment. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that increase market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
Role Expectations- Analyze regional markets to identify key accounts, competitors, and stakeholders; coordinate sales strategies across internal teams to drive business growth initiatives.
- Develop and negotiate sales proposals, respond to tenders, manage pricing, and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with segment teams and national sales to drive CSP pull-through and support business growth objectives.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, sharing insights and contributing to product and service evolution based on customer feedback.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze regional markets and identify opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
