Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing engineer to join our team. As a senior manufacturing engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating engineering drawings for manufacturability, accuracy, and completeness.

This role requires a strong expertise in design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM&A) principles and manufacturing methods for plastics, metals, and packaging components & Systems.

You will apply your knowledge of medical device regulations to execute gap assessments, manufacturing print reviews, and remediation activities. Additionally, you will participate in ideation activities to assess project scoping and viability through economic analysis, conflict analysis, and supplier quote validation.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers to resolve technical queries, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. You will also conduct, review, and update models for tolerance-stackup studies and dimensional variation analysis (1D/2D) using Creo-CETol or other tools.

In this role, you will apply project management skills to plan, schedule, and monitor project activities efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering
  • Minimum 9–12 years of relevant experience
