Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Specialist

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for driving service improvement activities across the business. You will apply process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to establish a culture of continuous improvement, supporting a manufacturing transformation.
  • Facilitate World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices and identify opportunities for better working methods.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from identification through project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the standard world-class manufacturing framework across multiple Indian plants.
  • Work with team members to create new support materials based on revised processes.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions.
  • Establish programs, deliver coaching, and run projects across plants.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
  • Continuously improve efficiency KPIs in the manufacturing sites.
  • Implement lean methods to increase efficiency, throughput, and operational excellence.
  • Support plant teams in benchmarking, solutions, problem-solving, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement policy deployment within the organization.
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks.
  • Ensure ongoing learning and development of employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods.
  • Coach and facilitate teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
