About the Position

This role is critical to ensuring our manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and consistently at the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Daily Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production operations to ensure output meets quality and performance targets.
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze data and propose improvements to increase efficiency and yield.
  • Tech Support: Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • New Tech Trials: Assist in trials of new materials, processes, or technologies to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Data Documentation: Document production results and prepare loss analyses to inform future decision-making.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations to protect our people, planet, and reputation.
Requirements
  • Engineering Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
  • Industry Experience: 0–3 years of production or manufacturing experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes.
  • Lean/Six Sigma Familiarity: Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma tools is an advantage but not required.
