Job Opportunity:

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We seek an accomplished professional with expertise in driving manufacturing operations and new product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability of products from concept to launch.

New Product Introduction (NPI) & Component Development:

  • Collaborate with R&D, product design, and supply chain teams to embed Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles early in the product lifecycle.
  • Lead manufacturing readiness reviews and process capability studies during part and product development.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures for new components and assemblies.
  • Own process development plans, including process flow diagrams and work instructions.
  • Interface with suppliers to support component qualification and industrialization.

Launch & Scale-Up:

  • Support pilot builds and low-rate initial production to validate manufacturing feasibility and process stability.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure a smooth transition into full-scale manufacturing.
  • Monitor process KPIs and initiate continuous improvement actions.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership:

  • Act as technical liaison between engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Participate in design reviews, change management, and stage-gate processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer across teams.

Quality, Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure new parts and processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including process validation reports and PPAP packages.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
