Shop Floor Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled Shop Floor Operations Specialist to lead our manufacturing operations at Flexing-It.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor to drive process optimization and efficiency.
  • Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on improved processes and tools, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress to stakeholders regularly, providing insights and recommendations for growth and development.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving impactful outcomes is critical.
