Electronics Manufacturing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the production and delivery of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex situations, possess strong problem-solving skills, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will also be skilled in selecting, training, and constructively motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels
  • Develop methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues
  • Coordinate all export sales directly
  • Meet sales plan targets aligned with budgets, ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled
  • Possess hands-on experience in production processes
  • Competent in managing a large team consisting of senior engineers, technicians, and utility personnel

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and possess strong problem-solving skills
