Automotive Electronics Hardware Director

As a seasoned leader in the field of automotive electronics, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hardware solutions to global vehicle OEMs. Your expertise will span from design and development to production and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cutting-edge electronic hardware for automotive applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review customer specifications and ensure compliance
  • Develop and maintain electrical design and analysis tools and methods
  • Support product design reviews and generate technical documentation
  • Lead worst-case analysis and simulations to guarantee quality and reliability
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of electrical drawings and schematics
  • Manage electrical DFMEA and ensure accurate ECAD data
  • Coordinate hardware prototype builds and testing
  • Create product verification plans and execute comprehensive testing
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of automotive electronics and system-level design
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Lab equipment expertise and experience with test failure resolution
