Job Title: Online Sales Marketing Manager

Polka Foods is a premium bakery products manufacturer with a niche in handmade packaged goodies. We are seeking an experienced sales marketing expert to develop and execute online sales strategies, manage and optimize online sales channels, create marketing campaigns, analyze sales data, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective online sales plans to achieve set sales targets.
  • Manage and refine online sales platforms, including e-commerce websites and social media networks.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enhance customer interaction through clear communication and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online sales, digital commerce, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, market analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Strong skills in search engine marketing, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Able to design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
