
Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Maintain files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
- Property Management Support:
- Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
- Assist in procuring monthly supplies.
- Act as property in-charge during the manager's absence.
- Food and Beverage Assistance: Support food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties when required.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
- A minimum of 6 months' industrial training or relevant hospitality experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling.
