Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Guest Relations Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor, providing excellent customer service throughout their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries, redirecting them to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain files, records, and documents, updating them as needed. Create spreadsheets for reporting and operational needs.
  • Property Management Support:
    • Conduct inventory checks and maintain records.
    • Assist in procuring monthly supplies.
    • Act as property in-charge during the manager's absence.
  • Food and Beverage Assistance: Support food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Bookkeeping Assistance: Issue invoices, checks, and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Cross-Location Travel: Be willing to travel to other properties when required.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months' industrial training or relevant hospitality experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for traveling.
