We are seeking an experienced Client Development Manager to join our team.
As a Client Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building and Maintaining Relationships
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs to provide customized solutions.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and suggest timely adjustments.
Client Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify and acquire new clients for equity trading and investment services.
Build a strong network to generate leads and convert prospects into active clients.
Facilitate seamless onboarding with proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Equity Market Advisory & Execution
Provide expert advice on equity investments, market opportunities, and trading strategies.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades.
Cross-sell and up-sell additional financial products such as mutual funds, bonds, and derivatives.
Revenue Generation
Achieve individual revenue targets through equity broking, value-added schemes, and third-party product sales.
Drive client activity levels to meet brokerage and sales objectives.
Explore cross-selling opportunities to maximize wallet share.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
2-5 years of experience in equity markets, wealth management, or related roles.
Strong analytical ability to interpret market trends and provide insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in trading platforms and CRM tools.
