Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to oversee our Billing/Accounting team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, ensuring efficient resource planning, and developing the skills of your team members.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet business targets by managing KPIs and metrics in line with organizational objectives.
  • Prioritize Work: Organize work according to business priorities, focusing on high-impact activities that drive results.
  • Develop Process Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive Efficiency: Implement process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency, client experience, and risk controls.
  • Monitor Process Risks: Periodically review process risks and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate potential issues.
  • Communicate Effectively: Meet with stakeholders to discuss process-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Resolve Escalations: Work with relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve escalations and maintain smooth operations.
  • Lead Projects: Manage projects/tasks end-to-end in coordination with onshore stakeholders.
  • Forecast Resource Requirements: Analyze resource needs and develop plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage Resources: Efficiently manage resources through peaks and troughs in the business cycle.
  • Ensure Business Continuity: Develop contingency plans for critical resources to minimize disruption.
  • Set Goals and Expectations: Establish clear goals and expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews.
  • Develop Talent: Work closely with individuals to help them reach their full potential and assess competency levels.
  • Identify Performance Issues: Proactively identify performance issues and create action plans to improve performance.
  • Conduct Meetings: Conduct 1-1 and team meetings in line with operational engagement frameworks.
  • Manage Attrition: Monitor and manage attrition and absenteeism within the team.
