Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Staffing and Training Manager. In this position, you will play a key role in delivering value to our clients by ensuring optimal staffing for projects and overseeing the learning journey of consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing allocation: Coordinate the allocation of talent to manage staffing demands of various stakeholders across Asia.
  • Track and maintain up-to-date information on the staffing pipeline through regular meetings and daily interactions with the team.
  • Systematically collect and analyze staffing requests, develop estimates of weekly staffing requirements, and communicate them promptly to relevant parties.
  • Assemble project teams in a timely and appropriate manner, considering factors such as seniority, skills, business needs, cost implications, client project requirements, and individual professional development.
  • Manage staffing capacity by monitoring short- and medium-term resource levels and making recommendations for standard work and contingency planning.
  • Monitor work levels and address any imbalances as necessary, highlighting well-being issues to relevant personnel.
  • Arrange staff from other divisions or offices when local resources are insufficient.
  • Approve leave, transfers, and other personnel actions in accordance with the upcoming project pipeline and staffing needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff at all levels within the region.
Training and Development:
  • Coordinate and lead training initiatives across staff in Asia.
  • Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive learning and development plan using a variety of training methods (e.g., soft and hard skill training, internal and external training, learning lunches, online training, conference attendance, etc.).
  • Engage vendors for external training services as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and Training Partner Leads to establish a training strategy for the year.
