Forge High-Impact Connections: Proactively create and manage a portfolio of corporate engagement opportunities, including securing distinguished guest speakers, sourcing live projects, and establishing robust mentorship programs.
Career Services & Placements: Lead all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process to ensure successful outcomes that meet the highest standards of professional excellence.
Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, ensuring a seamless and valuable relationship with SPJIMR.
A visionary professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector or a related field.
Possesses a strong, existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries (e.g., A deep understanding of the business landscape and the talent needs of modern corporations.
Travel within the region to meet clients and engage them for campus placement
Education: Any Postgraduate/ MBA or related degree
Experience:
Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role
Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management will also be considered
