
College Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic partnerships with educational institutions across India.
This role demands strong relationship management skills, a proven track record in business development and alliance building within the education sector, and the ability to drive revenue growth through long-term collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Identification & Development
Conduct thorough research to identify potential educational partners that align with our training and certification programs. Proactively engage with decision-makers to initiate discussions and build mutually beneficial relationships.
Relationship Building & Stakeholder EngagementFoster deep, trust-based relationships with institutional leaders, directors, and department heads. Maintain continuous engagement to strengthen collaboration and drive partnership growth.
Negotiation & Agreement FinalizationLeverage commercial negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare proposals and draft Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) that align with our business objectives.
Program Implementation & CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs at partner campuses, including scheduling, resource allocation, and faculty assignments.
Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student enrollment, program completion rates, and placement outcomes. Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Revenue Growth & Target AchievementDemonstrate the ability to drive enrollments and revenue growth from partnered institutions through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
Brand Representation & NetworkingRepresent our organization at national and regional education events, conferences, and summits to promote our offerings and build relationships with potential partners.
Market Intelligence & Industry TrendsStay abreast of industry trends, government initiatives, and competitive offerings to refine partnership strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns, case studies, and success stories that strengthen partner engagement and acquisition.
