Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager – Inside Sales to drive new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and nurture relationships with existing clients. This role involves end-to-end client relationship management, opportunity mining, and driving sales growth in the IT Infrastructure, Surveillance, Electronic Security, and System Integration domains.

About the Job

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Nurture new leads through inbound and outbound channels, identifying and initiating opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and documentation, preparing and delivering customized techno-commercial proposals as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage existing key accounts, nurturing relationships and growing revenue streams.
  2. Business Development: Identify, initiate, and close new business opportunities, leveraging market trends and competitor intelligence.
  3. Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development in IT Infrastructure, Surveillance, Electronic Security, or System Integration domains.
  • Strong expertise in CRM/ERP tools, lead nurturing processes, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of ITMS, Surveillance Systems, Control Room Infrastructure, and Electronic Security.
