Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to achieve annual financial targets.
  • Maintain market leadership through effective product development, ensuring a strong competitive position based on comprehensive market analysis.
  • Promote outsourced design manufacturing (ODM) and engineering services (EMS) to reinforce the company's industry leadership in 5G/LTE-A products.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Collaborate with local sales and business development teams to ensure products meet market needs, supporting sales managers in acquiring key customers and projects.
  • Support existing customers and actively pursue new accounts in partnership with local BD and sales teams.
  • Develop a prospect list beyond top-tier customers to increase opportunities and revenue.
  • Provide regular training for BD, sales teams, and distributors to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Event Participation and Reputation:

  • Represent the company at prominent industry events (e.g., MWC, CES) to promote suitable products and solutions.
  • Enhance the company's reputation and conduct market surveys during these events to gain valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Fluent English is required; multi-lingual preferred, Mandarin speaking preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools like Tableau is an advantage.
  • Business travel may occupy up to 50% of working hours.
  • System/device level work experience is necessary to understand market/customer demands.
