Job Title: Chief Marketing Strategist

As the Chief Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing vision to achieve its business objectives.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, and PR specialists to deliver high-quality content and digital marketing output.
  • Manage and report on marketing metrics to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure buy-in and understanding about future marketing campaigns.
  • Support the sales team with collateral and content to help them convert more prospects.
  • Content Marketing - Oversee the execution of various content marketing activities through our agency, ensuring quality is high.
  • Digital- Ensure the website is optimized, and build our presence across social channels - LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Analysis- Track and report on traffic, conversion rates, attribution, web analytics, and pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with at least 16 years of experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing is required.
