Marketing Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Public Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing public relations efforts.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing materials, handling customer service inquiries, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Manage public relations efforts to maintain a positive company image and reputation.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy.
  • Sales and Customer Service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in public relations or a similar role is a plus.
