Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Administration Executive to oversee and manage factory operations, ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Coordinate and monitor the procurement and inventory management of raw materials to meet production schedules.
  • Ensure timely availability of materials for efficient production operations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and maintain strong relationships.

Production Oversight

  • Work closely with production teams to ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any production-related issues promptly.

Labor and Contractor Handling

  • Supervise and manage factory workers to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  • Handle contractor relationships, including negotiations, contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement effective labor management strategies to enhance productivity and morale.

Security Management

  • Oversee and implement security protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure and compliant facility.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and implement necessary security improvements.

Daily Reporting and Communication

  • Generate and present daily reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide updates on key performance indicators and recommend improvements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in factory administration or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production processes, and quality control.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
