Production Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Supervisor to lead our factory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes and a proven track record of ensuring high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily factory operations, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery of products
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and cost targets across all departments, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including Quality Risk Management, FSSCI, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
  • Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Identify and resolve production issues proactively, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in the food industry, preferably as a factory manager
