Let's Discuss Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients, attending to all counter and telephone enquiries, confirming appointments
- Liaising extensively with our clients comprising children, young adults, children with special needs, complex needs adults, clients with multicultural backgrounds
- Reception and general administration duties include booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, preparing customer invoices and maintaining records
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
