Responsibilities: Gather customer feedback and share with the respective teams Handling customer queries on Chat, E-mails and calls Educate current and potential customers with product and service information Rasing complaints and coordinating with the team for resolving customer issues. Helping users for troubleshooting while charging and providing a complete charging process to users.
What Are We Looking For ? A Bachelors Degree Good communications skills in Hindi and English Analytical skills CS database and tools Management Method and Techniques
