Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive customer support specialist to deliver exceptional service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal tools.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick resolutions.
- Track complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Suggest process improvements for better customer service experience.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports).
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
