  • Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations, providing prompt and efficient service to guests.
  • Ensure the team is informed of any relevant feedback from guests or other departments.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work with facilities and services provided within the hotel to identify opportunities for upselling and promoting new events.
  • Advise the team on special events and VIP guests.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
  • Attend all Front Office meetings.
  • Foster a culture of environmental responsibility among the team.

To be successful as a Front Office Associate, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience within the hotel/leisure/retail sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
