As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in assigned markets.

You will drive primary sales, secondary sales, and ensure brand presence in defined markets. You will supervise the distributor network to achieve desired sales objectives, ensuring financial and ethical objectives are met.

To achieve this, you will have authority to develop your customer management plan, approve expiry products, issue credit notes for distributors under your control, recommend appointments and credit limits for distributors, and participate in Strategy Execution review meetings.

You will play a crucial role in the Division's success.

This position requires Yrs of experience handling KOLs and managing institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Area Business Planning:

* Plan monthly and quarterly business

* Demand generation and fulfilment

* Monitor actual Sales and make mid-course corrections

* Prescription audit for Abbott brands and competitors

* Create and update customer lists with specified doctors/chemists as per therapy/product requirements

* Identify potential towns and appoint distributors and customers in line with business philosophy

Business Generation & Development:

* Achieve Sales targets by promoting products ethically to customers as per business plans

* Conduct science-based discussions with Doctors and Chemists

* Organize Camps (CME) as per Division strategy and customer needs

* Facilitate new product launches by identifying and targeting customers

* Execute customer management plans to meet minimum KPIs
