Job Title:

General Manager Business Development

A leading player in industrial automation seeks an accomplished professional to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within the industrial automation sector, preferably with a focus on pneumatics, motion control, sensors, PLCs, and mechatronics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new clients across global and strategic accounts.
  • Drive growth across dealers and channels, scaling business from ₹200 Cr to ₹400 Cr in 2 years through structured programs.
  • Build and manage a sustainable sales funnel of ₹300 Cr annually from new accounts.
  • Continuously analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within Industrial Automation.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing strategic accounts in the industrial automation domain.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealer/channel management with Pan-India exposure.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with direct customers, consultants, and industry influencers.
  • Solid commercial acumen with the ability to structure large, complex deals.

Annual Compensation: 55-60 LPA
