Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Basic Excel skills are required, and knowledge of SAP and accounting is a plus.

This is a Fixed Term Contract Role with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional support and resolve customer inquiries.

- Maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Assist with customer implementations and communicate effectively.

Data Management Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, using Excel for data management, and preparing reports for leadership.

Team Collaboration involves collaborating with team members and sharing best practices, participating in team engagement activities, and managing after-sales processes.

Requirements include experience in customer service or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic Excel skills, and knowledge of SAP and accounting.

Flexible to work in morning and afternoon shifts, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset is essential for this role.
