Job Title: Event Specialist

Event Execution Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Specialist to lead the execution of our events. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth event execution as per schedule.
  2. To provide detailed plans to the client servicing team for event execution and review progress.
  3. Processing invoices and total cost sheet, sanctioning and post-event.
  4. To provide solutions for event production to clients based on cost and quality.

Cost Management:

The Event Specialist will be responsible for implementing cost-saving measures to maximize profitability. This includes getting quotations from at least 3 vendors before finalizing the supplier.

Post-Event Processing:

The Event Specialist will coordinate with the Accounts team to process invoices and bills from vendors, ensuring timely payment.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of event planning and coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
