Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Engineer

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled professional with experience in Cisco UCCE solutions.

  • Support and maintain Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions, as well as 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Manage Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Create and implement MACD (Media Agent Configuration Document) in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Have a thorough understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as ITIL process.
  • Understand Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices.
  • Utilize VOIP and Performance Management Tools, integrating them with other tools as needed.
  • Understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling.
  • Work in a dynamic, 24/7 business support environment.
  • Prior experience on Cisco Voice platform is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms is also essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Coordinate with Third Party Providers to resolve problems and OEMs to resolve incidents.
  • Perform advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, upgrade plans, technical documentation creation, upgrades, and site coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • Provide team support and contribute to process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and update the Knowledge Base and documentation, initiate and implement process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and conversation skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE email and voice communication skills, as well as teamwork abilities.
  • Presentation and preparation skills using PowerPoint and Excel-related analytics.
