Human Resources Manager and Administrative Coordinator

Logisch Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager and Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is ₹3-4 lakhs per annum, providing a competitive compensation package.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and organized individual with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.
This position requires the ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes, maintain employee records, handle payroll and benefits, and provide support in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing office supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative services, overseeing facilities management, coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain employee records.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure a seamless experience for new employees.
- Payroll and Benefits: Handle payroll, employee benefits, and performance appraisal processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Conflict Resolution and Employee Engagement: Provide support in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR and/or administration roles.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software.
