Job Description

The Genesys Cloud Contact Center Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the contact center infrastructure meets business outcomes and evolving needs.

About the Role:

  • Designing and engineering functions: Work with suppliers to establish and document standards and blueprints.
  • Operations and maintenance: Collaborate with suppliers to manage operational run, enhancements, and platform changes.
  • Supplier management: Monitor and manage supplier delivery to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
  • IT stakeholder engagement: Support engagement with country representatives, share knowledge and best practices, and serve as a technical escalation resource.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud solutions, including Architect, workforce engagement/management tools, digital channels, interaction analytics, and AI capabilities.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
Skill Requirements
  • Genesys Cloud tools, including Architect, Agent Scripter, CLI
  • Experience with JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services.
  • Designing, creating, and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows.
